Postavitev: Vsak igralec dobi tajno vlogo (kmeta, župana, trgovca itd.) z lastnimi cilji in interesi. Deska vasi se postavi na mizo. Razdeli karte predlogov.

Vsaka runda: Predlogi (novogradnja, rušenje, preselitev ipd.) se dajo na glasovanje. Vsak igralec glasuje s svojimi žetoni vpliva — za ali proti. Ker ima vsak skrivne cilje, se pred glasovanjem pogovarjate, dogovarjate in blefirjate.

Each round: Proposals (new building, demolition, relocation, etc.) go to a vote. Each player votes using their influence tokens — for or against. Since everyone has secret goals, you negotiate, deal-make, and bluff before each vote.

A successful proposal scores points for its group of supporters. A defeated proposal scores points for the opposing group.
